It goes without saying that the very different needs of older and older visitors are also part of our outreach work. The enjoyment of art and lifelong learning are combined in a range of different offers with various cooperation partners. These activities are grouped together under the term geragogics, as distinct from pedagogy. Further information can be found in the magazine \"Kulturr\u00e4ume\", which you can browse directly here<\/a> \n\nSpecial tours for the 55+ generation\nIn this particularly popular program, which was initiated together with the City of Bielefeld's Seniors' Council, we offer several quiet guided tours of each exhibition outside opening hours on Mondays. Seating and space for discussion are just as much a part of the experience as a snack in the museum caf\u00e9. A snack is served during the lunchtime tours and coffee and cake in the afternoon. The right thing for every taste! (14\u20ac)\n\nAcademic learning from 50\nSince the summer semester of 2012, we have been cooperating with the \"Studying from 50\"<\/a> department at Bielefeld University<\/a>. The Kunsthalle Bielefeld offers special academic seminars on various works from its own collection. We are always open to further cooperations and campaigns!\nStudying at university from 50<\/a>\n\nDementia\nDementia is no reason to stop taking part in cultural activities. However, these offers must be geared towards specific needs.\n\nFor groups: Since 2010, the Kunsthalle Bielefeld has been offering guided tours for people with dementia based on a concept developed at the Lehmbruck Museum in Duisburg to enable cultural participation and quality of life. This offer is primarily aimed at groups from retirement homes or day care facilities.
