New Opening Hours

Starting October 17, 2026, the Kunsthalle Bielefeld will be closed on Mondays and Tuesdays. On both days, however, we are open to schools, other educational institutions, and registered groups. We regret Tuesday’s closure, which is due to cost pressures. It is important to us that this measure does not come at the expense of our exhibition and educational programs—on the contrary: it helps us maintain the quality of our offerings in the future as well.

From Wednesday through Sunday, the exhibitions and educational programs will remain open as usual. For schools and daycare centers, we will continue to offer guided tours and activities on Mondays and Tuesdays by appointment—under the same conditions as before.
